Fresh Harvest Buffet is always a fun stop when they run their special promotions, and tonight’s deal of three lobster tails per person made it especially worth it! The lobster 🦞 was excellent as usual definitely the highlight of the meal and consistently one of the best reasons to come here. While some dishes on the buffet can be a little bland depending on what you choose, there are several favorites we always look forward to: the smashed potatoes, fresh salad bar, rice dishes, and the steak station, where you can request your steak cooked medium rare for a fresher, more flavorful cut. The dessert selection is also a strong finish, with plenty of tasty options to end the meal on a sweet note. Overall, Fresh Harvest Buffet is a great choice when you want variety, especially when they have seafood promotions like this one!

The food was just okay. It’s a Fresh Harvest so I knew what to expect. It has a very small salad bar. The fridges holding the food was very deep you have to lean in almost if you’re short. The steak was very tough, but it was nice to try a couple of different pastas and desserts. It’s quite a large area and would be good for a big group. it was super busy this afternoon. The price was fine, $39.99 per person, more if You want lobster. The best part of our meal was our server Asia, she was so sweet, funny and very attentive. She was fast on our refills even though she was super busy which I appreciated because I was so thirsty! Asia made the experience top notch, so thank you!

Fresh harvest is a new buffet in the Hard Rock Hotel guitar Hotel. Is a great selection of different kinds of foods such as Chinese Japanese Italian steaks desserts. You can make your own Poké bowls. If you’re hungry, this is the place to go. Only reason I gave it three stars is because I felt that some of the food was a little bit too cold for me. It wasn’t piping hot such as the spaghetti and meatballs that I had but I absolutely loved the steaks. It’s worth going there and giving it a try and form your own opinion.

** UPDATE - 12/18/25 ** I am happy to give another star to this establishment. While the selection of food is still not quite what it used to be, this restaurant easily stands with some of the other amazing values found in Tampa (particularly during lunch pricing). The service is consistently excellent and there is a wide variety of tasty dishes to enjoy for every palate. ‐-----------------‐------------------- Prior to the Covid shutdown this was easily the best value in Tampa. They are still not quite back to their former splendor, but they are getting there. The main opportunity here is CONSISTENCY. Having said that, the service is wonderful and there are still a wide variety of tasty dishes to make you smile. The pork ribs and prime rib, in particular, are to die for. Make sure you save some room for the MANY delicious desserts they offer!
